OK...that is better. I'm surprise your experience has lesser quality
coming from over seas. HOWEVER, I agree 110% about the jobs going over
seas being damaging. Frankly, as anti-union as I am, I'd favor an IT
Union if it would mean that we could force companies to stop offshoring
our jobs!

Perhaps my wording was slightly unclear -- I was referring to
outsourcing/offshoring, not implying that Indian or Chinese people in
general cannot be good programmers.
In any case, the quality of work I've seen from offshore sources has
been uniformly awful. Generally labor is sourced from poor countries
when there is a perception amongst management that the work is simple or
menial, and nothing could be further from the truth in this case.
