Look into MailScanner for scanning all incoming mail (with built in file
filtering) plus SpamAssassin (for Spam filtering) plus sophos or f-prot
or f-secure or some other support a/v solution.
MailScanner and SpamAssassin are open-source, while the a/v solutions
will cost money.
