That should work (but you should add ":25" to the end of that line, like
"smtp:smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com:25").
While you're at it and have the file open, you'll want to make the same
entry for aol.com, cs.com, and netscape.com. They routinely refuse email
from unidentifiable relays.
