Maybe this is left over from the AOLTW days? AOLTW started blocking mail
from residential IP's (that are on a list somewhere) about 2-3 months ago.
This was to stop spam from coming into AOL, lest it be from their own
members. hehe I remember because that's when I was still working for ECE
(aka Level 3 aka Software Spectrum aka outsourcer for AOL) and we got a
bunch of complaints on it.
Probably Brighthouse has left it the way it was?
