Simply put, you need to modify your system boot scripts to run mkswap
before swapon to alter the contents of your Windows swap file so that
Linux will swap on it, and your system shutdown scripts to re-create or
delete the Windows swap file (leaving it as a Linux swap file would be a
*bad thing*).
