3Ware.

Others may work, but 3Ware blows everything else away.

On one hand, all the Promise and Hipoint and such suck and 3Ware
doesn't, on the other, a 3Ware card is much more expensive. On the
gripping hand, there's nothing at all wrong with using Linux' software
RAID5 or EVMS or something like that; they work great.
