I drop most from 24.30.199.0/24, as well as others mandated by my current state of paranoia.
Although no real filesharing goes on here anymore, it still suits me just fine if traffic from places I loathe drops into /dev/null. The internet is somewhat analogous to an irc channel (or any chatroom) in this way - if everyone ignores the trolls, soon they're just talking to themselves.
