I started small python email search project on SourceForge
http://sourceforge.net/projects/emine

I mention that here since I got the idea from a desire to do searches on
my SLUG list archive that were more sophisticated than grepping it.
There's a usable alpha release available -- release early, release
often... I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions -- expecially on
any package install bugs or defects.

If any of you would like to join the project, contact me off list.
