Why are we moving this again? Just because someone can't add a
decent calender rule to Outlook?
I like the '1st Tuesday after the 3rd Wednesday' - commonly called the
4th Tuesday.
And how many months really start on a Wednesday?
Using the rule 'the 4th Tuesday' works until Sept 2004. I am sure if we
start sending reminders out now we can get everyone ready for September
when it is the 3rd Tuesday and not the 4th.
