No.

Do you believe that a candidate has expertise in system administration?

Imagine one candidate that lowers taxes, and another
that increases the budget of the federal government. When an IT professional within
the govt. decides which is more efficient and more cost-effective, they go with,
hopefully, Linux. A government that can expect limitless taxes, will be less
likely to choose the most cost effective solution. Limitless taxes are more likely
to be levied by Democrat politicians.

But suppose we base our judgement soley on the choice of OS: MS is a worse OS, and
Linux is a better OS, so perhaps this lends some insight into the capability of a
politician to govern? Using that same logic, the politician's capability should
also be valued based on his/her campaign's use of vehicle (Ford, Nissan, etc.). But
it seems to me that one can expect that the politician, and even the campaign, does
not hold much interest or expertise in that area.

If we stick to politics, we find that the Democrats still suck hardcore. Unfortunately,
the sysadmin administers the technical function of the campaign, and has no bearing
on the crappy ideas of its candidate.

"Crappy" is an erudite term, which conveys lack of value.
