Check out ClamAntivirus at http://clamav.elektrapro.com.
Completely free, uses OpenAntiVirus definitions, works great for scanning
my messages going through my MTA. Not sure about on-access scanning, which
is probably want you want for a file server. If so, I think F-PROT, CA,
and Sophos all have Linux on-access virus protection.
