[SLUG] illicit use of another's 802.11b network

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to use someone else's 802.11 connection
without permission, wiretapping or theft of services or something like
that. My sister thinks it's OK (she lives in Florida too). I think that
if it's not illegal, it should be. What statute or verdict can I bring
up? Are the Florida statutes online?
