Frankly, I took their surveys and used them to bash Micro$oft all the more. If I did anything by taking the 5 minutes it took, I let them know that in my company (the company I work for) M$ is NOT only shrinking in server share, but also the desktop with the conversion of several hundred desktops and laptops to Linux.

Neither am I so I created a semi large business (~800 computers) which was
mostly moved away from w2k to linux. Explaining the continued undermining of
industry standards and incompatibility withy others as the reason for
switching, not price. Then offered a Well Done on 2.6! as a reply to what I
wanted fixed in Linux.
