  Adminmenu or xadminmenu is a proprietary utility set that is part of Libranet's distribution.
  It would be possible to change the apt sources list from the "stock" configuration. With
  13 or 14 thousand packages available between Debian and other Deb sources why should you want to
  change the Debian distro?

       If you want a stablity-use Libranet or MEPIS. Or if you don't mind putting up with a
  balky installer, try Debian. No, I did not overlook Knoppix or the other fine Debian distros
  such as DSL. Libranet and MEPIS are the most undervalued distros out. They don't have the flash
  and pizazz that others do, they are just stable and easily configurable. Probably they won't
  have a 2.6 kernel until it is basically stable,either.
