Mario,

Gnome Toaster and cdrecord both give the same message if I haven't inserted sr_mod, sd_mod, scsi_mod, and sg.

This has only occurred using the 2.6 kernel, under which SCSI emulation is supposed to be a dead duck, so I think that might have something to do with it. It will be nice to see end user software that actually handles some of the new 2.6 cd authoring stuff.
