You mention having a 60 g HD ... but only one. Do you have a scsi disk? (sda)
or a second ide hard drive? (hdb)
I'm not that familiar with Mepis (installed it once, wasn't impressed,
installed over it.) so I'm not certain what else might be on the screen you
are looking at, but the choice being offered here refers to a second physical
drive (as opposed to a logical drive that is actually a partition of a
physical one).
If you only have a single physical hard drive, the question doesn't apply to
you.
