It's usually set inside the ftpd config file and this depends on which server
you're running (e.g., wuftpd, proftpd, vsftpd, etc.). Search your docs for
"idle timeout" and it should list the option. For example, proftpd uses the
TimeoutIdle directive to set how long an idle connection is maintained.
