Hey Guys...
I've got one for you. My 17" monitor died, so I replaced it with an old Compaq
17" monitor. The particular model is 171FS. The funny thing is, it runs in
Mac OS just fine at 1024x768 resolution, but not in Linux at the same
resolution. I had to "dumb down" to 800x600 in Linux.
Can anyone help me to figure out how to get a better resolution in Linux? I'm
running Debian sarge at the moment...
