A lot more people are starting to use dynamic DNS services on their
roadrunner addresses and running mail or small web servers on the end; most
RR addresses on the 24.* network are registered as dynamic DNS addresses and
are getting blocked by SPAM controls.

RR is having a few problems. Certain RoadRunner SMTP servers are currently
blacklisted.
According to spamcop.net, the blacklisted servers are:
