Thanks for jumping in Levi
I downloaded a Fedora driver from Amd website "VIA FC1 Audio Driver ver0.8A"
I have it extracted in a temp folder
I edited my "modules.config" folder
Did modprobe to remove old driver OK
Dumb question of the day is "where do I put the new driver
so that when I do a modprobe to install it, that mp will see it and do
it's thing?"
I can handle GUI but at the moment only monkey see monkey do with
command line..
