[SLUG] permissions for FTP

Hi folks

I have a shiny new Red hat Fedora server all set up and I'm trying to figure
out how to set up permissions.

This box will be used for web development so I have the web server all set
up. The virtual host is set up in:
/var/www/html/vhosts/devsite

I'd like to make it so the developers have FTP access to that directory and
they can upload and download code via FTP.

I have VSFTP running and I'm looking for a simple way to grant a few
developers write permissions to the devsite directory and not allow them to
screw up the rest of the box. I'm struggling to understand how to set up the
rights for the developers to read and write the directory. What do y'all
think would be the easiest way?

Regards
Russ
