If you mean sun4m architecture machines, then: Debian, and in the past
SuSE I believe. sun4u/sparc64 seems to be more widely supported.

The last time I tried Debian on my SS20, just about every program linked
to libc spat out spurious "unimplemented system call" messages, so I guess
you can consider their SPARC support a work in progress.

*BSD variants run much better on SPARC hardware... and the upcoming NetBSD
2.0 release will even feature SMP on sun4m.
