Hmm, I use fruit to sweaten cerials. Don't even have sugar in my house.

Stevia is a good natural sweatener. I told my daughter that after a month of
no sugar you loose the sweet toth. After a month she exclaimed her surprise
that she did not desire sugar anymore. Of course I 'd rather have sugar
than Nutrasweet or any of it's many other names. (Too many scary case
studies done with it.)

Though I do sometimes eat my cerial in front of my computer. Gently so as to
not splash onto the keyboard.

Haha, this is probably the most OT thread I can recall. Funny though.
