Subject: [SLUG] how to find kernel version

What can I enter at the command line to find out which kernel was installed
on a suse 8.2 box? Anyone using a an Asus a7n8x-e? I am having trouble
getting the onboard gigabit Ethernet to load. There are no less than six
drivers on the cd that are possible candidates. I don't know which one to
use.
