There are two ways of sending to a group, well three but the third is typing
them manually.

If you choose Tools/Addressbook you get the addressbook window. You can
select multiple names with the mouse by holding Ctrl down. Or a range with
Shift + <mouse click>, then unselect as needed with Ctrl + mouse.

To create a permanent distribution list you need to pay me $150, just
kidding. Just start a new email, then click on the button marked ... to
the right.

Locate the people you want to send to on the left side and click the BCC
button to add them. Then Press the button labelled Save As Distribution
List. It will prompt you for a name to call the list. From there on that
list name will be how you send to that group.

To finish that off you need to put your own email address into the To field.

Now I chose BCC which as an oldtimer you might recognize as Blind Carbon
Copy. That means each recipient will only see his own email address. This
so that some people don't get upset over having their address spread
around.
