In reply to someone's question about using dual-format DVD writers in
Linux, I have a BusLink DVD±RW that works just fine in Mandrake 10 (it's a
repackaged Lite-On DVDRW LDW-411S). Cost was around $130 at the local
Best Buy. You do want to check that you've got the latest firmware for
it, however, because when I first got it, it would burn nothing but
coasters on DVD-R media until I learned that it was about 4 - 5 firmware
upgrades too old and I upgraded the firmware.
