Actually, a "bwa" is more reserved for instances of high hilarity. It's difficult to maintain any evil dignity when emitting BWAs, after all. Compare the following for aesthetic value:

01001101 01110111 01100001 vs. 01000010 01110111 01100001 (Mwa vs. Bwa)

There is clearly more of a stately pattern to the M and m than to the B and b. While it's true that a capital B is palindromatic in binary expression, that is hardly a recommendation, being little more than a demonstration of the ability to recognize simple symmetry. Meanwhile, in both the capitalized and lower-case forms, the letter M demonstrates a more sophisticated grasp of construction of progressive patterning. Additionally, its understated sense of control is evident in the pronouncement of the phoneme, as opposed to the more vulgar explosive consonant B.
