Thanks for replying, all of you. No, my artsd is the latest and this
has happened for awhile. Doesn't mean that artsd isn't flaky though.
Guess I will just wait and investigate more thoroughly each time it
happens. I also have a soundblaster live.

Let you know what I find. May be awhile though ! :-)
