Woody, yes. Sarge, no. I'll give it a try.

And, what would those tools be? (Linux Neau-Bei)

My SuSE box doesn't have a burner, so I haven't looked. I just built the
server Friday, and have no OS installed yet.

( http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/ ) I haven't had any problem
burning dvds yet, mainly using dvd+rw-tools (which incidentally work with
dvd-r[w] too). But I have the nec2500a drive.
