I have a Nic card 10/100 that seems to work with all
distros and Woody but not the Debian bf2.4 (with out
recompilling the Kernal). Looking at the Debian
install instructions they say that the followin NIC's
are supported:
Winbond-840 based cards, newer Tulip based cards,
National Semiconductor DP8381x/DP8382x series and
Sundance ST201 "Alta".

Does anyone know what brand name card will fit the
above or will work with the Debian bf2.4

The present card is a generic NE2100 or an older 3com.

Thanks
Mike M.
