I've been saying this for years...

That's why people have such a hard time coming over from windows. It's
not that linux desktops (in general) fail to meet some magical standard
of usability, it's that people with other experiences tend to approach
them with certain expectations of how things "should" work, what they
"should" look like, where things "should" be, etc. Anyway, I'm not
quite sure why I'm preaching to the choir in the first place...
