Easy. You cut off the connector on the end of the coax (so as not to get
it caught on something inside the wall), tape your cat5 and your pull
cord to the end of it, and pull. Taping up stuff like that is an art.
You have to make sure it's not so bulky that it gets caught, but solid
enough that it won't let go if the going gets tough. Requires several
layers of tape. We used to have a lubricant called "gorilla snot" that
we'd put on wires when we knew they were going to be hard pulls (usually
3/0 or 500 MCM wires).
