Perhaps others can use the dfsg packages in songs... Along the
copyrights laws issues...

JibJab just got sued (sang the satire "This Land"). Apparently the song
they used, which was created in 1940 by a songwriter who is long dead,
eventually fell into the hands of a corporation. And because of the
constant copyright law extensions of sixty some odd years later, it is
still under copyright.

Note that they created the policitcal parody/satire believing it was
fair use. (They did consult a lawyer). However, they still have to make
a case that it is a parody of the original song and not only a satire of
the candidates.

The copyright the songwriter used was this..."This song is Copyrighted
in U.S., under Seal of Copyright # 154085, for a period of 28 years, and
anybody caught singin it without our permission, will be mighty good
friends of ourn, cause we don't give a dern. Publish it. Write it. Sing
it. Swing to it. Yodel it. We wrote it, that's all we wanted to
do."...but I guess we have to listen to the corporation that acquired it.
