Well, interestingly enough, NT was designed with security in mind. I've read
Bill's notes during the design phase.

They use to promote a Government C2 security rating for NT. What was never
mentioned was it could not have either network card or floppy to pass that
rating...

At some point they stopped using the C2 rating, can't imagine why.
