They must have a high threshold then; I got one (Nth generation) and it
had an "invite" link. Then, as I had made a poor choice of UIDs, I sent
myself (at yet another address) an invite, and that new account (N+1th
generation) hasn't had one yet. Maybe I just need to exchange more emails
with it...
