Well - the commands I gave make some assumptions about framerate
(29.97fps) and audio sampling rate(44100 Hz) of the source material,
which is more than likely the problem.. You can pass a different
framerate to mpeg2enc via the -F parameter (man mpeg2enc), and you can
specify a different sample rate to toolame via the -s option (in kHz).
