Well, I don't know much about dhcp on Debian because I use static
addresses, but do you have the resolvconf package installed?

 if nothing else you could place a script to do your commands in
/etc/network/interfaces. Use the "up" statement after you dhcp line,
and the "post-down" command to change things back.

check man interfaces for some information.
