What kind of baud rate is this? I have never seen a
value higher than 115200 and that is just internal,
the external side generally 38400 or 56200

The way I recall this is that 9 is used to get an outside line,
followed by 1 or 2 commas, which insert a short sleep to
allow time for the outside dial tone to appear, thus you would
see

Phone = 9,,8640765

Also why is the dial command commented out?
