I've easily moved bookmarks between Konqueror and Firefox. And
originally, I was using Galeon, which is where all those bookmarks came
from. Generally, these packages will import and export bookmarks. As for
a centralized bookmark repository, good luck. They all use different
formats. There are packages that claim to maintain bookmarks for you,
but I haven't been impressed in my searches.
