Did you not know that's how some try to sneak around spamming laws.
They spam themselves! : )
Oh, I don't know. Though I'd give the guy a heads up if he was. I've seen
plenty of people unaware of the law. So I try to offer a hand rather than
laughing after they get caught. If he's not, no skin off my ferrets nose. : )
