An excellent list.

I see at least one floppy one in there. There's basically no reason why
a read-only floppy firewall can't be made into a LiveCD firewall --
El'Torrito will load it into memory and fully emulate it as BIOS Drive

If you mention SmoothWall, I feel obligated to point out IPCop:

IPCop 1.4 was just released and is even a more radical departure from
its SmoothWall 0.9 roots than 1.3 (which was already heavily changed to
using kernel 2.4/IPTables, etc...).

IPCop is _only_ available in a GPL version. There is no dual-licensed
commercial edition and no "leeching" of contributions.
