Yes, he impressed me long ago with his commitment to helping others. I ran
into a snag with some odd hardware once. After trying everything that I could
think of, I sent him an email explaining what I had tried and asked if he
knew what the solution might be. It was late (about 3 AM) so I didn't expect
a reply before noon if that soon. To my surprise, he responded with a
detailed solution less than 20 minutes after I had sent my message. Maybe it
was just a coincidence that he was up that late, but I have never forgotten
that incident. Try getting the kind of support from Redmond :)
