Someone set an autodownloader on a friends site, and downloaded a large
file over 1000 times; used up 24 gig of bandwidth in one day!!!!

I need to set up a members only site for him. Need a simple login and
automated registration system, preferably php. I have 3 available MySQL
databases, but only one should be needed. What's everyones preferred
flavor, please.
