The enlightenment team has made an alpha release of version 0.17, aka
E17, which has been in the making literally for years. No packages
yet, except some preliminary gentoo ebuilds, but the cvs source is
there if you want to build it.
It's still missing some functionality (alpha!), but it's very nice
already. And can you say EYE CANDY! (Insert inappropriate comparison
to random celebrity or geek of a gender to which you tend to be
attracted.)
