Thanks to everyone's response. I was able to finally trace down the issue to my DNS provider. They didn't update the IP address which RR had finally updated after several months.
Sorry if I have caused great trouble over such a small issue, I should have looked into this before posting.
Nonetheless, I truly appreciate everyone's efforts.
