[SLUG] MAC Address Spoofing?

Hi All

I just rebooted one of my FC1 web servers and it had an odd message
during shutdown.

device eth0 has a different MAC address than expected

Does this mean that my box has been hacked and someone is spoofing my
MAC to gain access?
