Use two myself. I monitor both site 24/7 from 2 seperate internet
connections (which check every 15 minutes for uptime). One is
http://www.omnis.com/ Pretty rock solid, runs about $7/month. Been
down about a total of 3 hours that I am aware of for the last 3 years.
The other is http://www.doorhost.net/ He is down about 5-15 minutes per
month (probably for maint.) He is charging only $28/year. Both have
been very responsive with technical support. Doorhost features are
almost too rich/complex with bells and whistles... very cool but many of
them I do not use myself.
