As basic machines they seem to be OK. I have quite a few friends that have
them with no problems at all. The ones that i am repairing lately are ones
that people want to upgrade on. They have very low wattage PS'es( seen 200
watt in quite a few), many have only one or two PCI slots, and most have no
AGP slots. I myself can't leave them alone so spending a couple hundred
extra to build my own lets me upgrade easily at a later date.
