There was phony "evil hax0r d00d" site, if my memory is correct it was
Ameriphreak (apologies to Ameriphreak if I am wrong), that had a bunch of irc
logs similar to that posted. They titled the page "batteries not
included". :)

They also hosted a program named ValuHack. There were a few different versions
with different menu options, but it was all the same basic code underneath.
The kiddies were tripping all over themselves downloading that file. It
displayed a menu with options like "DDoS target at <insert IP>" and "Deface
webpage at <insert url>". The program asked for your real user information,
email address, ip address, username/password, and the like before it would
initiate an attack. The program then drew status bars and other useless
tricks to appear to be busily performing the attack, while it actually
emailed the site owner and ISP with a log containing all the previously
collected information, along with a list of what the would-be hacker thought
that he was doing to the target site. I wish that I had saved some of the irc
chats that went on over that little app, they were hilarious.
