Originally it was created in Dreamweaver and I copied it over to Quanta
knowing that Dreamweaver inserts incompatible crap. Of course quote
characters and a few other other things were misunderstood characters
and didn't render properly in quanta. I fixed them and thought it was
good to go. While I was waiting for a response I sent it to an Outlook
client and it does not have these issues. Probably the ascii thing. I
piped the final thing through tidy and used the 8859-1 output option to
no avail. Any Idea how to fix it without re-doing it from scratch??
Some other type of html cleaner??

Thanks.
